Historically Unions have focused on the needs of the community as well as needs of the members and we are no different.

 

For many years Local 450 of the American Federation of Musicians has held a musical benefit performance at the Mill Restaurant on the Sunday afternoon before Labor Day featuring the  wide variety of our membership.  Money raised is given to young local aspiring musicians.  Participating in our event were:  Joe Brisben, Soul Friends, Classical String Quartet, Threshold, Back Porch Swing, Sweet Cacophony, Blue Stem Players, Dick Watson Group, and David Zollo
